it was the worst stay in a hotel ever , - hotel operator are not answering - iron table was broke - after having our breakfast they didnt remove it after calling two times , it takes more than two ours - i asked them to find out an electricity socket with 220 v somebody come , and said he will be back in 5 min , and he didnt - i asked them to meet the hotel duty manager , and he promessed that they will call me or e mail me regarding the bad service , and they didnt

i had the worst stay in a hotel ever operater is not answering iron table was broken after three hours of calling they took the breakfast from my room the technicin promess me to be back in 5 mins to solve a tech problem and he didnt !!!

Proximity to haram
The hotel is beautiful. We only stayed for a few hours but the close proximity to the haram made it perfect for us to perform Umrah in the short time we had. The desk staff was also very accommodating.
